The Department focuses on the teaching and experiment of mechanical theory, supplemented by practical courses, and emphasizes computer application technology, automatic control and system integration. To enable students of this department to combine mechanics, electromechanical, design, control technology and related fields, and become excellent electromechanical talents with intelligent technology.

Provide undergraduate students with a sound foundation in the fundamentals essential for progress in science and engineering and for success in graduate school or industry.

Provide graduate students with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the engineering sciences and develop the skills needed for independent research.
